Bill McGoldrick has been providing healthcare regulatory compliance services to government and private sector clients for over 36 years. His law firm and healthcare compliance companies have provided audit, investigation and regulatory compliance services under government contract for federal, state and local government programs for over 20 years.

 

He designed, created, and trained the staff of the New York City HRA Office of Medicaid Provider Fraud Audit and Investigation in 2008. He has provided Medicaid program audit services under the U.S. Health and Human Services Medicaid Integrity Contractor (MIC) program for 22 states, and has provided Medicaid fraud investigation staff to the state of New York and various local counties in New York State for 20 years.

 

In the private sector he provides clients with regulatory compliance services, including internal regulatory compliance plans and regulatory compliance assessment.

 

Mr. McGoldrick is a member of the Health Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is Vice Chairman of the ABA Health Law Section Advisory Board and an advisor and expert witness for the New York State Senate Health Committee and Task Force on Heroin and Opioid Addiction.
